Create something as a church

Musical worship is a huge part of church, and the musicians who lead these times bring not only their gifts, but an identity to the sound that your church produces.

Capture these moments and the sound of your church by putting together an album created by the people within your church.

Simply multitrack record your church service each week. Once per month send me the moment you wish to capture. I will edit, mix and master the audio. At the end of the year, I will put each of those moments together, creating a live album for you to enjoy and look back on to hear your church's journey.

the reason behind the project

For years I have been working with churches and worship teams in various settings. Too frequently I have seen outstanding artists and songwriters unable to share their music, often due to the expense of having them professionally  recorded, or having the lack of confidence or 'know how' to do so. My goal for this project is to overcome these common hurdles.

With the use of accessible programmes, it is easier than ever to record a performance. However, the hard part, and often times expensive, is knowing what to do afterwards.

This is where I step in. My hope is to encourage songwriters and creatives across the church to share their sound and identity through musical worship. In creating an affordable plan with varying options to suit any church, I am offering an exciting opportunity for the local church to be heard. Alongside this, having an audible memory of your church over a period of time is a priceless experience, enabling you to hear how your church has grown.

Thanks for submitting!

1. Can I record all my songs and send them to you at once?

2. Is there a time when I have to send the multitrack by?

3. What if I am late with a track?

4. Do I get to make changes to the mix?

5. Can I cancel my subscription?

6. Do you provide a test mix?

7. I'm new to recording and not sure how to start, can you help?

8. I am not happy with the mix, what do I do?

9. Do the songs I send have to be original?

Yes! I understand churches may wish to designate time or capture one event. If you have all the tracks you can send them to me. However, tracks won't be available to review until equal payment is made either in monthly instalments or in lump sums.

Yes, tracks should be sent by the 15th of the following month.

If you know you will be late, please let me know and we can work something out. If no contact has been made you may forfeit that month while still being charged. I will try to accommodate best I can but my time restrictions may not allow me to make up the track in a later month.

Yes, I will do 3 mix revisions each month, making changes to refine the track. When the album is put together I will allow a further 3 changes to the album as a whole to make sure it's consistent with what you want.

Yes, you can back out at any time, however, at least 25% of the full package fee is required to have been paid before your subscription ends. Should you cancel after this, I will provide any tracks owed mixed and mastered.

Yes, it's important you know my sound and decide that we are a good fit in order to work together on your project. On request, I will mix a section of a song you send to me.

Yes, I am more than happy to arrange a video call to offer initial advice and help discover the best possible way to record with what you have. As well as this, I may offer advise as we go, to refine some areas of the recording.

If you are unhappy, please let me know. It may be that we have a different vision for the end goal and we can make changes to fix it. If you are still unsure, it may be that I'm not the person for the job and in this case it might be better that we graciously part ways.

No, you can send me recordings of any worship songs regularly sang at your church. However, your church must ensure that they have all the correct licensing and permissions to record and distribute the song.
