Tracks from client are due by the 15th of the following months after subscription sign up for the length of subscription chosen. For example: If you sign up on January 1st, your file for the month of January, should be delivered by the 15th of February.
Tracks should be sent as WAV files 24 bit, preferably 48khz sample rate.
Client should ensure all files are named appropriately. Please name your channels before recording to ensure the files are named correctly. If you include channel numbers at the beginning of the named file, it is easy to put the tracks in order when I receive the file. Ensure stereo files have "L" for left and "R" for right included in the name. For example "21_Keys_L", "22_Keys_R"; "23_EG_1_L" "24_EG_1_R"
I recommend creating a template in your DAW that you use every week to ensure consistency when sending files.
HOW TO SEND
You should ensure all the files are in the one folder, and name the folder by your church name and the month, eg "My Church_January 2020".
There are a variety of options available. I will be hosting all your files in a Dropbox folder, where you will have access to all versions of the exported tracks. Most cloud based storage options come with the ability to share files via a link, you can email me the link and I will download the file.
Alternatively, there are services such as "We Transfer" that allow you to email large files.
